Andreas Karakas – President and CEO

Andreas has been in the IT business for 15 years and took ownership of Innovation Networks in 2006. Andreas’ lively personality and flair for thinking outside of the box have helped Innovation Networks become a leader in the computer industry, and some of it is most recent awards are 9 time recipient of the Consumers Choice award, the 2008 Richmond Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Award, the 2008 MSP Community Contribution Award, and many nominations over the years. Andreas’ distinguished himself by being a step ahead of the competition and is a big believer in giving back to community. As a result Innovation has sponsored and supported many causes such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Touchstone Families, Richmond Christmas Fund, the Greek Festival, Steveston Salmon Festival, Steveston Farmers Artisans Market, Richmond Arts Coalition, Richmond Orchestra Chorus, and Innovations very own Get IN to Recycle. Like very few others, Andreas has a personality and dedication that instantly bonds with the people he meets.

Charmis De Boer – VP of Sales and Marketing

Her 20 years of accounting and finance experience has been an instrumental part of Innovation Networks success and today she has been with the company for 14 years. By shedding light on her real world experiences in business you will gain insight into growing your business to the next level. Charmis has been double nominated for The Ethel Tibbits Woman of the Year 2007, nominated for the Volunteer Richmond’s Shining Star Award 2009, nominated for Ethel Tibbits Women of Distinction 2010. Charmis is a big believer in giving back to community, volunteering her time as for many endeavors makes her very busy. Her personality is charming and charismatic, and one cannot help but say yes to her. She is deftly able to make things happen in a manner that appears effortless. Whether a small scale or large scale project, Charmis exceptional leadership professionalism and passion for her work comes through with the success of each project she engages in.

Daryl Seed – VP Operations

Daryl has been involved in IT for the past 18 Years. He has worked in all aspects of Information Technology OEM System Building Networking Website Development Onsite and Remote Service desks. Daryl has been a valuable member of the Innovation Networks team since starting as a technician in the year 2000. Daryl attended Simon Fraser University and spent three years studying Psychology. He also holds various technology certifications and spent two years studying and working in Venezuela. Daryl is the instrumental driving force behind Innovation’s very successful Get IN to Recycle Program.

Mojtaba Manavipour – Technical Manager,

Mojtaba has been professionally involved in the IT industry since 1999. His interest in computers while studying Arts and Sciences in college, lead him to take a more serious approach to what he considered his hobby. After taking some formal training and completing various technology certifications he started his new career in the IT industry. He has worked and been involved in all aspect of IT including building systems, Help Desk Support, Onsite Support, Networking, and Project Management. Mojtaba’s firm belief in outstanding customer service and his need for perfection has helped him build lasting relationships with his clients over the years. When not working, Mojtaba will be spending time with his twin boys and lovely wife.
