About our Consulting Services

The Innovation Networks consulting team is led by Kevin Moloney, an 18 year veteran of the consulting and training industry. He has delivered projects to companies large and small in a broad sector of industries. Clients have included the Bank of Montreal, Scotia Bank, Chevron Resources, Talisman Energy, Teck Construction, Trevor Linden Fitness Clubs and She’s Fit! He has worked throughout Canada, in the United States, Turkey, India, Australia and New Zealand.

How long do the improvement projects take?

Innovation Networks Consulting works with their clients in processes that take approximately 4-24 weeks depending on the amount of people in the organization. We work on site with the clients so that all the work gets completed and no loose ends are left hanging.

When are we likely to see the results?

We like to estimate 30- 180 days depending on the nature of the client and the severity of the issues at hand. It also depends on how diligent the client is with what we are working on together. However, with our Revenue Hunt program, teams have taken immediate action on new strategies and tactics, delivering instant and significant revenues.

What exactly takes place during the process?

It depends on the stage of the project but essentially we are always engaged with the people that are carrying out the new strategic direction. Sometimes the work takes place through one on one strategy sessions with senior managers and at other times, in small or large groups. As we progress to the middle stages of the project we are in training mode with the greater number of employees either in groups or through internet training.

Nearing completion and the sustainability portions, we work behind the scenes and with the client to review, tighten, improve and monitor.

Who should be involved?

The involvement of staff is dictated by the relevance of people, jobs and the components of the project. For example, only the key executives need to be involved in the initial Strategic Planning, while sales and marketing people would begin their participation in the Revenue Hunt program.

From there, all managers, line supervisors, line workers and administrative staff participate in training relative to the new strategic direction. Our approach to getting the desired client results, means that all employees receive the appropriate training during the improvement process.

Why shouldn’t we just do it ourselves?

Internal initiatives can be successful to a certain degree, depending on the nature of what is to be improved. The challenge is when the company needs real and lasting change to make an impact at every level of the organization.
