Backup & Recovery
This is not just backup... This is Disaster Recovery.
Our bullet-proof system goes much further than tape-drive replacement. If a server goes down, the Innovation Disaster Recovery (BDR) can assume the role of that server, while still performing incremental backups. This means your network is still up while your server is being fixed and parts are being ordered. Don’t think of it as merely a data backup solution, but as a complete failsafe for your servers. When your server is repaired or replaced, regardless of the new hardware, the BDR can perform a bare metal install to make your infrastructure in-house redundant once more. To ensure that your data is protected in any disaster, the NDR encrypts and archives your data at our two off-site data centres incrementally.
Features that are included in our Disaster Recovery service include:

Back up data as often as every 15 minutes

Back up open documents without interruption

Restore single emails or entire inboxes with ease

Restore lost files quickly; no waiting for tape

Completely virtualizes your server in the case of a hardware malfunction, putting you back in business

Bare metal server restoration regardless of hardware changes or completely new server

Encrypts data locally and archives it in two off-site data centers automatically, incrementally, forever!
Backup and Disaster Recovery
With Innovation Backup and Disaster Recovery, we can develop a specific Disaster Recovery Plan catered exclusively for your organizations needs. Every quarter we will test it to give you peace of mind, knowing that no matter what happens, your data is safe. With redundant, encrypted archives stored at East and West Coast data centres, your data is preserved even if the BDR were destroyed or stolen. In that case, a new BDR would be shipped to you overnight, ready to get your business back up and running.
Not a single file is excluded
The data backup technology archives onto your locally housed BDR Device at the block level, meaning actual 1’s and 0’s are replicated from the hard drives. Open files will no longer be omitted from your backup. This method replaces error-prone tape backup, providing a flawless snapshot of your Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 servers and their volumes of logical drives. Not a single file or folder is excluded. You can have peace of mind knowing all of your data is safe and can be easily restored at anytime.
